It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.

It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life. Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.

This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals ..not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.

Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.
Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks:
• Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting,
• Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
• You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
• Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
• 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.
• Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...

12 Tips For Overcoming Anxiety

Anxiety in various forms and degrees seems to be a wide spread problem, affecting people of all ages and in every country.

If you are prone to anxiety you have two options:

A) Give in to it.
B) Learn to overcome it.

By giving in you will continue to suffer and feel unhappy, stressed and anxious. It is far better to learn to overcome anxiety or at least reduce its power.

Anxiety just wastes your time and energy and weakens you mentally and physically. You help no one and don't solve any problem by being anxious. Our planet will go on revolving, even if you stop worrying and being anxious.

Always know you have a choice - to give in to anxiety, or try to overcome anxiety, at least partially.

Here are 12 tips for alleviating and overcoming anxiety:

1. Lack of control over your thoughts strengthens your anxiety. As negative thoughts get stronger and stronger, your anxiety gets stronger. You need to learn to control your thoughts.

2. Feelings and emotions fuel and strengthen anxiety. You need to learn some self discipline and control over your feelings, and you also need to develop emotional and mental detachment.

3.When you go to bed at night, and first thing when you wake up in the morning, think about the good things that are happening to you. There are always some good things happening, even if small and insignificant.

4. Start the day with several minutes of positive affirmations. Tell yourself how would like your day to be. Use positive, cheering and motivating words.

5. Be busy, do something. By doing anything you keep your mind off your anxiety. When you wake up in the morning start doing something right away, and keep busy all day. Cleaning the house, washing the dishes or working in your garden, reading, studying, exercising your body or and meditating can help you keep your mind away from anxiety. Just sitting around and thinking about your problems and worries won't make them go away.

6. Set a goal and work everyday to achieve it. This action will direct your thoughts and feelings away from worries and anxieties, toward something more positive.

7. Talk about your anxieties to someone you trust. Talking about your anxieties and feelings often alleviate them and put them in the right proportions, provided you talk objectively, and with a real desire to reduce or get rid of your anxiety.

8. Exercising is a good way to keep from letting your fears overwhelm you. You can walk, do yoga or aerobics or any other sport.

9. Find reasons to laugh. This will bring light and happiness into your life and drive anxiety away. Watch comedies, be with happy and amusing friends or read something that makes you laugh.

10. Use positive words in your conversation and in your inner talk.

11. Affirm and visualize positive situations and events. Visualize a happy and positive solution to your problems.

12. If watching the news fills you with anxiety - turn off the TV! Limit the time you watch the news, and don't watch anything that may upset you before you go to bed.

Life made Easy

1. Get your laundry extra clean - Old friends are spending the weekend at your house, and you want to make sure your towels and linens look and feel like new. Skip the pricey fabric softener and simply add ½ cup baking soda directly to the rinse cycle. Baking soda softens fibers, rids clothing of detergent residue and deodorizes, so linens come out fresh as a daisy.

2. Stop annoying bug bite itch fast - in a small bowl mix 1 tbs baking soda with enough water to form a thick paste. Apply a thin layer over the itchy area and let dry before rinsing off. The baking soda draws out and neutralizes the inflammatory agents injected by mosquitoes and other pests to provide instant relief.

3. Fix small plaster cracks in a snap - The other day, you saw some cracks in the white plaster wall around a light switch. But you know you won’t have time to spackle and repaint any time soon. To temporarily fill them in, make a paste by mixing equal parts white glue and baking soda. Then work this “plaster” into the cracks with a Popsicle stick and smooth.

4. Erase a secret source of bathroom smells - Even though you pride yourself on keeping your bathroom spotless, a buildup of hydrogen sulfide deep in your toilet tank can still give off unpleasant (and embarrassing) odors. Fortunately, you can combat the smelly culprit with minimal effort. Simply flush 1 cup baking soda down the plumbing once a week. The sodium bicarbonate helps maintain proper pH and alkalinity to keep sulfide odors in check, so the room will smell as clean as it looks.

5. Deodorize plastic storage containers - To ensure your food always smells inviting, try this easy remedy; After washing the container as usual, sprinkle 2 tbs baking soda on a folded paper towel, place inside and seal the lid. Let sit overnight to absorb lingering odors.

6. Restore hair’s natural shine - Mix a quarter size amount of baking soda into a squirt of your favorite shampoo, then lather your lock and rinse as usual. The slightly abrasive particles scrub away the product buildup that dulls shine, leaving your mane clean and glossy.

7. Prolong the life of a battery - Since baking soda is a mild alkali, it has the power to neutralize built-up oxidation. To make it work for you, first disconnect the battery posts. Next, make a paste of three parts baking soda to one part water and carefully apply with a damp cloth to dissolve surface corrosion. After rinsing with warm water, give the battery posts a swipe with petroleum jelly before reconnecting.

8. Wipe away stubborn coffee mug stains - All too often, pesky brown rings linger inside your favorite mugs and teacups even after a cycle through the dishwasher. To the rescue : a wet cloth sprinkled with 1 tsp. Baking soda. Simply rub over the stains in a circular motion. The particles friction polishes away marks, leaving cups looking as good as new.

9. Clear caked on microwave splatters - To eliminate the mess in a jiffy, combine 2 tbs. Baking soda and 1 cup water in a mug and “zap” it in the microwave for two minutes. The steam from the water condenses on the walls to loosen dried on gunk. Then, once the mixture is cool enough to work with, just dip a sponge in the solution and give the appliance’s interior a quick once over. The abrasiveness of the baking soda helps wipe away every last spot.

10. Freshen up your pooch in a pinch - Next time Fido starts smelling less than sweet, skip the hassle of getting him into the tub and treat him to a “dry shower” instead. To do : catch him when he’s outside and sprinkle ½ cup baking soda on his coat. Brush the powder through his fur, letting the particles fall to the ground. The baking soda quickly absorbs excess oil and odors, leaving your pet fresh enough to snuggle with again.

Perfect Moisturizer for Your Skin Type

Soft, supple skin depends on moisturizers to keep it smooth and sexy. Consider your skin type and how your skin responds to different skincare products when choosing an appropriate product for you. Whether your skin is young or mature, oily, dry, sensitive, or a combination of these, the perfect moisturizing solution for you is out there.

Skin Types
While we all need moisturizers, different skin types tend to benefit best from certain moisturizing products that are created with specific skin types in mind. Varying skin types also call for different frequency of moisturizing.

The most common skin types include dry skin, oily skin, combination skin, and sensitive skin. Read on to match your skin type to an effective moisturizing regimen.

Dry Skin
With constant exposure to the elements – sun, wind – or chemicals like chlorine, skin can become dry without warning. Skin that does not produce the right amount of natural oils also becomes dry. It is best to moisturize dry skin heavily with an oil-based moisturizer. When skin returns to its normal condition, decrease the frequency of moisturizing as desired.

Oily Skin
Even oily skin can be soft, smooth, clean, and beautiful with the right skincare routine. Caring for oily skin is frustrating, but the proper combination of cleansing, exfoliating, toning, and moisturizing makes all the difference. For skin that is excessively oily, a gentle and oil-free moisturizer works best. Also try water-based moisturizers to avoid adding any additional oils to the skin.

Combination Skin
Combination skin can be oily, normal, or dry, all at once or one or the other at random. Care for combination skin with a varied routine. Moisturize frequently with an oil-based moisturizer when skin is dry. When skin takes on an oily texture, switch to a water-based, gentle moisturizer. If skin shows signs of both types, seek a moisturizer made especially for combination skin.

Sensitive Skin
Because skin is sensitive to different cleansers, chemicals, and naturally occurring elements, the best approach to caring for sensitive skin is a gentle one. For the best care and protection, pick moisturizers that are fragrance-free and hypoallergenic. Use as needed.
